Jane gets the job done! Under contract, that exceeded our expectations, in 2 days. She understands the local market and communicates your needs to other agents. Jane is very knowledgeable, professional and diligent. She communicates frequently to keep you informed. Jane is very easy to work with and takes the stress out of selling your home. Highly recommend Jane and would definitely contact her again!

She was very responsive and went above and beyond with helping us finding repairmen, meeting with contractors. We could not have gotten through selling our property from another state if Jane had not been so helpful and there for whatever was needed.

Jane did an outstanding job in getting us into the home of our dreams. She understands the local market and is able to talk about local neighborhoods in a very easy going manner. She was able to quickly put together an offer which the seller accepted within 24 hrs in a highly competative market where multipule offers are common. She negotiated a price below what we were willing to pay and navigated the negotiation process like a PRO! She was always available to any and all questions we had and always kept us informed of what was going on during the process. Her friendly personality really put us at easy during the high points. Not pushy and was always considerate of what we wanted and very intuative to our needs, desires, and wants that fit our budget.

Was very helpful in the time she spent showing me properties around the greater Charleston area over several days. Provided great information about each area and was very accommodating with all of my requests.
